I spent 25 years building these systems and I still became that family.
I am a human factors engineer and a parent. I know how these platforms are built — I helped build some of them. And I still lost my way.
That's not failure. That's just where a lot of us are. I'm not here to lecture. I'm here because I want to help define where we go next. Together.
The problem — and THE way through
We stopped being intentional about how we live together.
Technology moved into that gap.
It's not really about screens. Schools, families, and kids are all figuring this out separately — no shared language, no common direction, no map.
But the expertise is already in the room. Teachers, counsellors, parents, kids — every one of them has picked up something that works. Dam and Flow is where those tools get passed on.
